I don’t have a trade account, How do I purchase some lights for my home?

We supply directly to trade only, therefore you would need to contact the regional sales manager that is local to your area, to find your nearest stockist.

How do I set up a trade account?

You can complete our online Account Application Form or one off form our downloads section and return to sales@sycamoreled.com. Alternatively you could contact your local regional sales manager.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive, providing all items are in stock. If you have a proforma account please allow 2-3 working days from payment confirmation. If your credit account is on hold, orders will not be dispatched. We do offer next day delivery for orders in stock that are placed before 12pm upon request, subject to demand.

I have a faulty/damaged item what do i do next?

SycamoreLED.com are renowned for providing quality products, however if you do receive a faulty item please email sales@sycamoreled.com with order number or proof or purchase, product code and fault description. You will then be given an RMA number in order to track the progress on your faulty product and further arrangements will then be made.

What is the delivery costs?

Delivery is free on all orders over £150 nett. A carriage charge of £8.50 applies to all orders in UK mainland under this requirement. Deliveries to other areas may occur a further charge.
