I don’t have a trade account, How do I purchase some lights for my home?
We only supply directly to trade only, therefore you would need to contact sycamore lighting for details of your local stockist.
How do I set up a trade account?
You can complete our Account Application Form and return to email@example.com to begin the process.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive, providing all items are in stock. If you have a proforma account please allow 2-3 working days from payment confirmation. If your credit account is on hold, orders will not be dispatched. We do offer next day delivery for orders on stock that are placed before 12pm and marked as urgent, subject to demand.
I have a faulty/damaged item what do i do next?
Sycamore Lighting are best known for providing quality products and have a dedicated Quality Control Manager. However if you do receive a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order number, product code and fault description. You will then be given an RMA number in order to track the progress on your faulty product and further arrangements will then be made.
What is the delivery costs?
Delivery is free on all orders over £150 nett. A carriage charge of £8.50 applies to all orders in UK mainland under this requirement. Deliveries to other areas may occur a further charge.
